  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders within the continental USA! This includes states such as California, Texas, Florida, New York, and more.
  • Regions Not Eligible for Free Shipping: Please note that free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories. Additional shipping charges may apply to these regions.
  • Delivery Times: Delivery times vary by location. Typically, standard shipping takes 7-14 business days, while expedited shipping takes 5-7 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at fxa@econestllc.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.
  • Return Shipping Charges: Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
